Conveyor belt with plates

Seen in an art gallery in Aarhus. Reminds me of dealing with a local authority. Like replying to a consultation. You load your fragile opinion (a plate) onto the conveyor belt. It proceeds along the belt, drops off the end and shatters. Thereby becoming a completely useless plate/opinion
