In what must have been the best afternoon for Crouch End shopkeepers for some with shoppers held captive by the snowy slopes many of the silly buggers went home

Just perhaps these silly buggers had families to get back to? It took me 3 hours to get from Wood Green to Crouch End on the day the snow fell so if I'd had a shop I might have been inclined to close up and beat a retreat.
