Share 'A friendly Crouch End(?) face?'

Thanks to Bill Pope via Twitter for another local quiz - This friendly face appears on at least one house in London N8. Anyone else spotted it? @Crouch_End @MuswellHillN10 http://twitpic.com/4k3zvq   The grin is very broad but the eyes look a bit weepy. I shall look for it.
