Share 'Coworking space in N8/N22 - would anyone be interested?'

Hi everyone I'm a freelancer working from home at the mo and I'm really interested in coworking spaces and the benefits they offer (flexibility, social and collaborative opportunities etc) but as there's nothing in our area I'm wondering what the appetite is locally for a space.
