Share 'Anti-fouling message in Hammersmith and Fulham'

I think the council needs to see this and perhaps step up the fouling message.  I don't think our fouling signs are as nearly as prominent or forceful as this one.  There should be these on the entrances to the parks and on the railings of thoroughfares to the park and patrols regularly policing there area to deter offenders from leaving their dog's waste.
