Connecting Crouch End and Hornsey with news, views and information

Please help get funding to build a playstage in the new playground at Stationers Park.

Voting is now open for the Natwest funding:

It  doesn't have any votes yet - we really need to get word out asap - there are 26 days left to vote.

Annoyingly people do need to register to vote but it only takes 2 secs.

Please send word to all your contacts and networks.

Thanks ever so much.

Huh, so does this mean Stationers' Park is in direct competition with the Haringey Shed call for votes? Or are theatres and parks in different categories? There was another call for votes recently for lottery money for a garden in Tottenham (which won). I think I don't like this mechanism for distribution.
I expect it does - both seem to be being run by Natwest.
The Stationers Park bid could do with a makeover "Supply and build 450mm story telling stage" sounds like a quote from a builder "Transforming childrens' holistic play experience in an eco-friendly sustainable experiential structure" would be more in tune with modern usage.

Ive voted and will pass on!

Thanks. Probably a stupid question but is there much local fundraising for the park - can we do things to raise money aswell£. There are lots of people with lots of cash around the surrounding areas!
