Volunteers Needed!

Have you got some time to spare?

Are you interested in supporting Haringey families?

If so, you could have exactly the skills needed to make a difference to a local family in Haringey.

Home-Start Haringey trains volunteers to support families with children up to 12yrs. By visiting a family in their own home and offering friendship, practical help and emotional support, our volunteers represent a lifeline for many families who are finding it hard to cope.

You will benefit from:

  • a rewarding experience in a supportive organization
  • 40 hours training, which can lead to accreditation with the Open College Network
  • Regular supervision
  • Experience and skills for your CV

Home-Start Haringey's next Volunteer Training course starts on: Thursday 29th September 2016, 9.45 am – 3 pm  10 sessions lasting for 8 weeks (Wednesdays & Thursdays).
