The same link but embedded. It is fascinating. It ends with the commentator wondering about Haringey's ability to do a property deal - "Haringey's ratepayers still don't know if those untold riches will ever start rolling in". The comentator is tremendously polite and ever so BBC, while all the councillors look like Arthur Daley.
Compare this with the Hornsey Depot - a story that has been running for years and still is not concluded; Alexandra Palace - mired in debt and malpractice; Hornsey Town Hall - apparently now the recipient of an offer too good to refuse, but moving rather more slowly than snail's pace
