There is a note on the Bowes and Bounds site claiming 

Pinkham Way waste processing plans - scrapped

On the Pinkham Way Alliance site it says "The NLWA have said that they will go ahead with only one MBT plant now and are withdrawing their planning application for an MBT at Pinkham Way."

On the NLWA site there is a Pinkham Way announcement which includes the words "“I hope today’s announcement on the future use of the Pinkham Way site will provide some further clarity and certainty for local people" but I'm not sure it does.
