Piazza Italia - lunch during a sunny week

We had lunch in Piazza Italia earlier this week. Piazza Italia is a smallish deli cum restaurant with quite an extensive menu for a small place.

We sat in the small garden at the back, which was a popular spot on the day. Mostly the tables were in teh shade of the big umbrellas, but a couple of tables were in full sunshine. Pleasant and comfortable.

We ordered a crepe and a salad - service was not speedy - we'd finished our drinks by the time the food arrived. The group of mums at the next table had to ask twice for their panini.

But it was good enough. A pleasant place to have lunch in decent surroundings with very little to complain about.
