At least one builder with a sense of humour knows how to wind up Crouch Enders, by telling them that Bouga is to become a Nando's. Bit it's not. Nando's say so in rather dismissive tones. And HERE  Crouch End still maintain they are coming

Mind you, those locals who pitched in for the crowd funding must be starting to wonder, when will I get my promised reward.
