Just in time for the Festival - the fountain collapses

Another little difficulty for the organisers to overcome - a dangerous fenced off area right in the middle of proceedings. I wonder what Piers Read (the man with the ambiguous Twitter feed)  and FEC (vendors of des res HTH) will be able to do to help?
