I've decided to search for the perps of N8 dog fouling.  I urge you to snap the photogenic mutts trotting the neighbourhood streets to see if we can form an identity parade.  Leave no pup unpapped.And it's no good giving it all that butter wouldn't melt, you two.  We think it might be you...or could it be...
