It is reported in the Metro that

This squirrel was spotted by photographer Henry Jacobs, 73, on a walk along the Lee Valley Navigational Canal in the London borough of Haringey.

It has been known for some years that squirrels will use plastic to build nests.

I have not attempted to contact anyone at Haringey to either confirm or deny that the squirrel will be recruited as an advisor under the Cummings Weirdos and Misfits initiative.
