Pants on Fire returns to London with Ovid's epic tales of gods, heroes and monsters, retold through an exciting blend of gasmasks, gramophones, live original songs, puppetry, film and darkly comic, dynamic storytelling in a treat for all ages.
Pants on Fire's award winning, sell out actor-musician extravaganza presents ancient myths as you've never seen them! A swell party fusing magical stagecraft and breath taking imagery relocating Ovid's stories of fantastical transformation to the dark and delicious times of WWII.
Step into a world where Cupid is an evacuee with a catapult, Narcissus - an iconic Hollywood heartthrob drooling over his own cinematic image and The Chorus; Andrews-like sisters finding close harmony amid cosmic chaos. Revel in our immersive fabulous forties Pop-Up Palais, a site-specific space transformed to tantalise your senses, with live bands, art exhibitions and many more surprises before taking a seat to enjoy the show.
