Did you know our local area has played a significant role in the history of bird photography? Eric Hosking, a long-time resident of Crouch End, is regarded as the Father of modern bird photography .... and not far away, the Kearton Brothers had taken a photograph of a Song Thrushes’ nest in Enfield in 1892, inspiring R.B. Lodge and Oliver Pike, both of Enfield, to become bird photographers.
Join us for this talk by David Cottridge, Tottenham local and internationally-renowned wildlife photographer in his own right.
Doors open from 7pm. Refreshments available.
