This interactive course consists of 8 modules. We build on the learning from each module as we progress, using individual as well as group exercises and coaching demonstrations. You will learn interpersonal and coaching skills though this course (though it is not a substitute for formal coach training if you are embarking on a coaching career). The maximum number of participants is 12 to ensure a personal and intimate atmosphere.

Bonus: Each participant will be offered a personal 45-minute coaching session after the course to follow up on progress.

The course leader: Franziska Birke CPCC is a certified co-active coach and passionate about feminine leadership. She helps women find clarity and direction in their lives, with a warm and creative yet structured approach.
