Meeting notes: Crouch End Festival Helpers meeting: 19.12.11Present: Chris Arnold, Chris Setz, Pauk Sinclair, Marice Cumber1. Draft constitution presented by Paul Sinclair. The constitution laid out the terms of Crouch End Festival Community Group, its purpose, roles of officers (plse see additional notes), committees, finance rules, procedures and amendments. Paul has done a brilliant job on this and once the final document is agreed it will be posted on the website.2. Sponsorship and funding discussion.This was based on the funding document (again brilliantly produced by Paul!). This document laid out the approaches that can be taken, sources of funding, sponsorship of various aspects of the festival and branding considerations. Once again, a few more amendments need to be made.3. Roles for Crouch End Festival Community GroupDiscussion on roles needed to lead the festival and oversee different aspects. These are core roles, plus liaison with council, health and safety and legal.4. Next meeting is on 09.01.12 at 7.30pm at Three Compasses5. Please note: meetings are second and fourth Mondays of the month at Three Compasses, unless we secure a central Crouch End venue.
