Event Description
'Wish You Were Here' celebrates 2,000 years of holidaymaking, from the carnivals of ancient Rome to medieval high days and holy days, saucy seaside holidays and trips to Las Vegas and Varanasi. The performance includes anecdotes, jokes, live music and readings from Chaucer, Jerome K Jerome, the Golden Bough, angry puritans and many more.
