Scenario - a single mother with 2 children, 15 and 19, has been housed in a series of temporary accommodation provided by h4h for 20 years. Oldest son has had to move in with grandmother who lives in 2 bed maisonette, he sleeps on sofa. Mother works as carer (low paid, zero hours contract).
