Three events competing for your attention this evening - a film from HIC, a debate about a possible free school on the old Ashmount School site, and our local area forum with a packed agenda including the proposal to increase the number of events in Finsbury Park.
There is a half term workshop from Everyone's Climbing Tree, as well as half term events from Messy Play on Wednesday and Thursday next week.. The Three Compasses celebrates Halloween a little early on Saturday 26 with the Dave Jackson Band.
There will e a Development Management Forum about the proposed new cinema on Nov 5th, and art classes start at the re-opened Earl Haig Hall Social Club on November 18th, a venue which promises a lot more than simply being a pub.
Apparently we will getting a burger shop in Crouch End and the owners have a sense of humour.
Park Theatre continues to please, I will be going to Adult Supervision on Tuesday (it's a play not a form of community service).
Please do have your say about the events in Finsbury Park - it's an open space not the O2 (that's a clue about what I think)
On the technical side there's a clinic for computer users every Friday, an app for Ally Pally and a very convincing phishing expedition.
The British Museum has a dirty picture exhibition, but there is some agreement about thecleanliness of Crouch End.
And finally cleaners - there are two recommendations, one in trades and professions and another in a discussion. , while Rod needs a carpet cleaner. |
