News of listed buildings this week.
The fountain in Priory Park is listed but has been used as nothing but a glorified flower pot for many years. A team of volunteers are bringing it back into community use. News of progress and some pictures.
Hornsey Town Hall is once again a wedding venue tnaks in this case thanks are due not to volunteers but to civic minded entrepreneurs with a viable business plan. Venturing outside Crouch End, Bruce Castle Park is worth a visit, a ludicrous building scheme is proposed for Parkland Walk, and a very big building in Archway belongs to difficult owners.
