Share 'Earl Haig Memorial Hall - a community asset?'

In this recent item there were a couple of what I thought were misunderstandings, namely 1) The council must find a solution that benefits the local community . . .  and 2) Haringey Council has maintained throughout that the property must be kept for community use . . . It seems that there is a chance to make both these things true under the terms of The Assets of Community Value Regulations 2012…
