Twitter seems to have been widely hacked

OpinioN8 has been getting quite a few tweets in the form

You seen what this person is saying about you? goo.gl/UN8o terrible things.

apparently from followers/followees. The link here won't work but in the tweet it takes you to what looks like a Twitter log on page, but in fact is a phishing site out for your twitter log on. Presumably so the perpetrator can send more messages of the form
