This is a welcome initiative.... although last time Antic was contacted they said that their builders would be on site 'next week'. No sign as yet. Meanwhile anything they could do to improve the view of the accumulating litter of tin cans and take out cartons, Christmas trees and other random objects would be even more welcome. The council stated that the owners have an obligation to keep the area litter-free and tidy. The bins have disappeared so it looks like even the council has given up caring...
