Connecting Crouch End and Hornsey with news, views and information
News this week in the Journal of Repair, Replacement and Maintenance that an archaeological dig has been completed at Hornsey Town Hall.
The article is just as dull as one might expect. We already know that there are flats for sale in the Town Hall, and that it's going to be the best thing since Dim Sum. The key omission from the piece seems to be any mention of archaeological finds. Let us hope there were none so that work can proceed without interruption.
Time for the missing words round, and this week's guest publication is the Journal of Repair, Replacement and Maintenance. "Archaeological Dig at semi-derelict suburban town hall finds -----------"

Archaeological investigations are a proud part of the consultocracy. It's money for old rope. Perhaps literally.
Still, have another lovely view of a trench.
