Show a leg - help out with the Ally Pally parkrun - Weekly Free 5km Timed Run Sat 7th

Dear Ally Pally Volunteers

So far we only have two volunteers down to help out at this Saturdays (7th April) allypally parkrun event and we need at least 3 for it to run.

I would be extremely grateful that if any of you are available this Saturday to help (or know anyone else who can) for 30mins or so to please get in touch with me.

Any help would be hugely appreciated!
