Safer Neighbourhoods Priorities - tell the police what to do - by 16th Jan

In the nicest possible way of course.

Our local Safer Neighbourhoods team, led by Sergeant John McGrath is carrying out its quarterly survey of our priorities and needs your input.

You can let them have your views using the attached form, or by sending an email to Sgt McGrath John.D.McGrath@met.police.uk

For myself I'm going to highlight the new conditions imposed on BG Max and the behaviour I have seen since the new conditions were announced flaunting them.

Other Examples could include:

Pubs, Clubs & Alcohol

Rubbish Dumping / Fly-Tipping

Personal Safety / Violence

Hate Crime

Anti Social Behaviour

Prostitution and Vice

BG Max's continued flouting of the license rules.

Have shared again with Monica and the team to get some kind of surveillance. If you read the report that went in to the licensing committee then anyone can see the negative impact it is having on locals in the area.

Sgt McGrath's team haven't been the most responsive on this in the past. We're not Wood Green but when you read that Turkish gangs have been targeting BG Max and helping themselves to free drinks whilst threatening security with weapons it feels closer than ever.

We'll keep sharing to keep people aware.
