At least the architect (David Astburys Ltd: c/o PAPA Architects Ltd 222 Archway Road) has put in for a change of use to office (A2) from (A1) retail.

This document has been prepared to support an application for a Lawful Development for Proposed use.

The property is currently an A1 (shop). The proposed use is to be A2 (Financial and Professional services).

The application site is situated approximately 200 metres from the centre of Crouch End and approximately 1 mile from Hornsey station.

The site comprises of a 3-storey terraced building. The property is one in parade of commercial units.

The ground floor is currently used A1 ( shop).

  1. Design Statement

Generally the external appearance of the building will be retained as existing and as originally intended. No alterations are proposed other than the name on the signage.
