Last Chance to save the Conservation Area
The Planning Committee date has been set for December 11th to decide whether FEC's development behind the Town Hall will go ahead in its proposed form.
It's great that they are restoring the town hall but the Developer is still proposing to build 7-storey blocks of luxury flats that will tower over and destroy this unique and beautiful Conservation Area. It is a scheme fit for Kings Cross, not Crouch End village!
Consultation has closed for the planning now so it is time to tell those who will be making the planning decision - the Planning Committee – how you feel.
We are asking you to write directly to the Councillors who will be making the final decision. Demand that the development be reduced in size.
Write your email to our elected representatives asking them to represent your views over your Cayman-Island-registered overseas Developer.
There is a sample letter you can use on our website: WHPRA.com - which will go directly to the councillors on the planning committee.
