Restaurant rumours round-up

Here's a quick round up of what's happening with various empty sites. Some are further on than others...

Rock around the Clock - opening on 23 April as Ginger and Mint, a juice bar and health food shop with branches already in Covent Garden and Soho

Fat Cat Bistro (well it was for about a week!) - there's a sign up for Citrus and Cocoa, "a health and nutrition driven restaurant", and apparently it's only 10 days away from a soft launch according to its Twitter account @citrusandcocoa

Rocking Horse Café - Licensing Act application in the window to open as the imaginatively named Crouch End Cafe

Bouga - the sign says it's now let but I refuse to believe it!

Pizza Bella - being fitted out as a new fish and chip shop, the second branch of Cannons, which is also in Southgate

Fish and chip shop - meanwhile the old fish and chip shop is supposedly slowly turning into a burger joint, possibly a branch of Dirty Burger

Arocaria - after a sad demise and a battle to evict squatters they're now gone and the rumours are it will be a pizza place

KFC - there is some work going on thought it's unclear if it's just to the flats above. Will this be the rumoured Jamie's?
