Following the recent Liveable Crouch End trial (the junction closures on roads such as Middle Lane), we felt that the associated engagement survey offered minimal opportunity for residents to submit their own suggestions for changes they would like to see beyond the trial area.
We know you have many ideas to make the wider Crouch End area better for walking, cycling, using public transport, and to improve our air quality and public spaces; and that many residents missed the original survey when Liveable Crouch End was announced at the start of 2019.
We have continued to push for much better engagement and communication from the council on this project, and felt it was really important you were given a further opportunity to share your ideas following the completion of the trial.
We therefore requested that Haringey Council offer a new, much broader survey, similar to the one presented to residents at the start of 2019, asking for more general views about the Liveable Crouch End project and how that money should be spent.
This survey is now live and we are asking as many residents to take part as possible so a full range of views are submitted. You can complete the survey at the following link, or paper copies of the survey can be completed at Hornsey Library in central Crouch End.
