That's a shame, they were originally taking over the Dixy Chicken site I thought? Would have been nice so see that go, along with all the Dixy Chicken boxes laying around on the pavement everyday!

I think Dixy still plans to go but then with that and the failed kebabbery next door we'll have a vacant corner site at the end of Elder Avenue. Wouls suit McDonald's??
