Liveable Crouch End Stakeholders - a funny thing happened on my way to the forum

I've just received an email from the London Borough of Haringey inviting me to complete a poll to determine when a 'stakeholder meeting' for the Liveable Crouch End project might take place.  If you'd like to be involved, and I do urge you to be involved, this is the biggest change to the public realm in Crouch End for many years (apart from the sale of the Town Hall), then try to sign up to one of the meetings. I'm assuming the " group / organisation" referred to is OpinioN8. SO two of us can go to the meeting. But maybe you belong to another stakeholder group - a church, perhaps, or maybe your children go to a school, or you shop at Waitrose. Any how, get yourself along and have an opinion.

Good morning,

As part of Haringey Council's Liveable Crouch End project (https://www.haringey.gov.uk/parking-roads-and-travel/roads-and-stre...) the Council are keen to set up regular Stakeholder Forum meetings, and would like to invite two people from your group / organisation to attend.

We are looking at either the 22nd or 23rd of January and have created a Doodle poll to see which date and time is most suitable for everyone. We would be grateful if you could complete the poll with your preferred option so we can get the first forum meeting scheduled.

Please use the link below to take part in the poll by 2 January 2019 so we can inform everyone of the confirmed date and time: https://doodle.com/poll/4m5agper6gpyyvqw

How the forum meetings will work:

Due to the number of key stakeholder groups involved we would request that no more than two people from each group or organisation attend.

The forum meetings will be an opportunity for the Council to feed back to you on the progress of the Liveable Crouch End project, and for you to ask questions, make suggestions, and feed back to us on anything else you feel we could be doing.

We want to work with you to ensure as many voices and groups in Crouch End as possible are represented throughout the project, so we hope you can make it to this first forum meeting. If neither date works for you please let me know and we'll look at alternative options for meeting with you.

We will also be holding drop-in sessions in January for residents and businesses in Crouch end to come and speak with us. You would be welcome to also attend one of these, and please do promote them to your colleagues and contacts. A leaflet and poster detailing the events are attached for your use and information.

Finally we would like to wish you all a very happy Christmas and New Year, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,

Faith Coles
