I believe the work is carried out between multiple parties: Trueform, UKPN and EDF. Looks like it is currently in between one party's part of the work and the next. We will keep an eye on it and follow up if the delays continue.

Just for reference, I have worked with TfL proactively for a number of months on getting them to put this countdown timer back in for us despite them arguing about having no money, and that they are not replacing timers. As i'm sure TfL will attest they are likely doing it just to get me off their backs.
We may have had slow progress, and little progress, but we have had progress. Now that the electrics are connected up we are just awaiting the final contractor to schedule in the works to connect the screen.
Happily the job is flagged by TfL as an urgent one due to the importance of the stop.
