According to the poster this market will operate from 11 - 4 every Saturday.
According to the Haringey Licensing regulations, they will have to apply for planning permission and be granted it before holding the 15th market on 8th December.
Quality food, craft & produce. All will play major part in the story unfolding

And according to the Community Use Agreement (attached, sections 4.1.1 and 5.1 and 5.2) the FEC Development Site Square must be publicly accessible as much as it can be, except when it isn't.
There is of course a Community Use Agreement negotiated on our behalf by the Hornsey Town Hall [Creative] Trust.
This would seem to count against the Arts (?) Operator being able to let the Square for markets, willy nilly, and certainly not for the whole of every Saturday, as it clearly states the operator's obligation to
