Carer of the Year – Nominations now open!

Vote now for Carer of the Year 2012.  The award highlights the invaluable work of Haringey’s unpaid carers who look after members of their family or a friend.

Do you know or work with one of the estimated 16,000 unpaid carers in the borough who deserves recognition?

Attached is the nomination form.  Nominations can be from individuals, groups or organisations.  They must be for someone who looks after someone who is living in Haringey.  This year there are two categories, carers who are under 18 and those who are 18 and over.

Please return completed nomination forms to carers@haringey.gov.uk

Nominations close on 27 May.  The winner will be announced during Carers Week.
