Haringey review of the tenancy of the Hornsey Historical Society

Haringey has a portfolio of 31 'Community Buildings'. The full list can be seen on the last page of the minutes of a Haringey Council cabinet meeting. Of these 24 have been surveyed to establish what state they are in and 4 are said to be 'very poor condition'. Over the next 10 years it is estimated that £14.5m will need to be spent on them.

One of the buildings is the Old School House on Tottenham Lane occupied by Hornsey Historical Society. Between now and May the building and its tenant will be subject to a detailed analysis to determine what happens to it. Being sold is one of the options.

@OpinionN8 I've lived round the corner from there for 26 years and to my shame have never been in there. I bet I'm not alone.
