Connecting Crouch End and Hornsey with news, views and information

I recently asked Haringey's Parks Department three questions:

1) Has this [Finsbury Park Management] plan been updated to cover 2016 - future. If so where can I find a copy?
2) In the action plan appended to the Management plan was the item " Review each Parks Management Plan and transfer to online format " Are these plans now available online?
3) Also in the action plan was the intention " Conduct annual Park User Survey " Were these surveys carried out and if so are the results of these surveys available for public reference?
After a few false starts I got the following reply:

Hi Adrian

Thanks for your email. In answer to your questions…

The current management plan for Finsbury Park is online, and can be found here - https://www.haringey.gov.uk/sites/haringeygovuk/files/finsbury_mana...

Unfortunately, it hasn’t been updated since 2013, but we have plans to update it at some point in the next year.

The park user surveys referenced within the Management Plan relate to an annual park user survey that was carried out up until 2013. An overview of the results can be found here, and as said in the text on the page, the site specific information is contained within the actual park management plans - https://www.haringey.gov.uk/local-democracy/have-your-say-haringey/...

All of the park management plans can be found via a link at the bottom of the individual park pages on the Haringey website.

Which implicitly answers my questions. Made explicit I think the answers are:

1) Has this [Finsbury Park Management] plan been updated to cover 2016 - future. The answer is NO If so where can I find a copy? N/a
2) In the action plan appended to the Management plan was the item " Review each Parks Management Plan and transfer to online format " Are these plans now available online? The answer is NO
3) Also in the action plan was the intention " Conduct annual Park User Survey " Were these surveys carried out and if so are the results of these surveys available for public reference?  The answer is NO  - in fact the last time such a survey was carried out was in 2013.
I realise that maintaining Parks is not part of a local authority's mandatory duties so in times of financial stress they will sink to the bottom of the list of priorities, as indeed they seem to have done.
