Good plumber needed

Hi there. I'm looking for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber to fix a bathroom extractor fan AND resolve ongoing heating/hot water issues. Boiler is fine, but water flow into property is insanely strong and appears to be causing issues as it passes though the boiler.

Can anyone recommend anyone?
