It's taking a little while to get this place made into a pub, and in the meantime the fabric and environs are deteriorating. Antic pubs did a great job of clearing up the the last lot of graffiti and rubbish, but we Crouch Enders are a determined bunch, and in a matter of days we have reduced the site once again to an impromptu refuse and recycling plant
