Displacement parking after Extension to the Crouch End A CPZ - effective on 12th December

The extension to the Crouch End A CPZ becomes effective on 12th December as follows:

A   majority   of   the   representations   received   from   the   proposed   extended   area   indicated support   for   the   proposals   and   the   Council   has   therefore   decided   to   proceed   with   the extension of to include the following roads: 
                Abbeville Road                                

        Palace Road        

        Barrington Road                                

        Park Road (Between its  junctions of Lynton Road and Barrington Road

        Carysfort Road                                                  

        Harefield Road                                          
The operating hours and days of the extended Crouch End A CPZ will be from 10am to 12noon.   Monday   to   Friday.        The   extended   CPZ   will   become   operational   on   12 December 2011 from which date a valid parking permit will be required to park in the CPZ during operational hours
