Waiting like roses they crouch at the end

of broad ways , never budging until they spring wryly

asking loud enough to scare the crows, will you be my friend

and donate to a cause involved in healing , not shyly

but chugging. You say 'Fie , go' I haven't the time

 

wearing my trainers at the end of my limbs 

my red shoes are at the menders while the callouses subside

and the white earphones of my mp4 player

well I'll be bouga'd

Incidentally Yeats has written a number of poems that feature fish who speak. Don't worry, I'm not misunderstanding your poem, just making the point that fish have some special signficance in our psyche.
