Classic wrong queue selection in BUdgen's today. Not only was there another basket of stuff to go on the conveyor that I hadn't noticed, but the woman at the front of the queue had spent nearly £100 and had to label all her bags for home delivery. And the operator (I use the term loosely) could not enter £100.00 on the till to get the drawer open. Several of us walked away when that became clear.
