A new route across Ally Pally Park

A user of Facebook has brought this to my attention, There is a proposal to provide a route across the foot of Alexandra Park shared by cyclists and pedestrians and to plant tress and build bunds (embankments or causeways) The full details of the Alexandra Park route proposals can be seen here. Exterior Architecture Ltd (EA) have been commissioned as part of a multi disciplinary team to undertake the ‘Shared Use Route and Associated Landscaping’ project on behalf of the London Borough of
Haringey and Alexandra Palace. This work will look to improve access along the eastern boundary of the park and improve two key entrance sites, one off Bedford Road and the other adjacent to the Campsbourne Nursery on Newland Road

Judging by the work I've seen, pathway improvement work has already begun on the section between the reservoir and the cricket club.
