It's a bit chilly and overcast today so we're having baked potatoes for lunch. I don't have any cheese except halloumi and that's too squeaky for a baked potato so it'll just be butter to have with roast chicken portions.
What's your favourite baked potato filling?
Also, I'm using Albert Bartlett rooster potatoes as I hate the baking potatoes you buy in shops. I think they're called Record and although big, they're usually tasteless. I like Roosters for chips and mash so we'll see how they bake.
Updated: squeezed the caramelised roast garlic I threw in with the chicken into the potato with some butter. Unbelievably delicious!
