Connecting Crouch End and Hornsey with news, views and information

I posted some of Hornsey Library pictures recently of what I thought was a display seeking consultation comments. The display itself was a little disappointing, but the comments book was filling up nicely. I went back to day to read the comments and perhaps to add some of my own, but:

1) the comments book has been removed, to be replaced by a comments box - really quite disappointing for all those who added their comments and were hoping to have them read, and for me, hoping to have ideas prompted by the existing comments. I consider the box to be a lower grade of feedback than the book

2) the 'consultation' has been withdrawn. This is now a display to 'inform' the public. I would like to think that as users of the library, and as its sponsors through our council and other taxes, we might have been allowed to comment, with some hope of our views being acted upon. That now seems even more unlikely
