Railway Fields is open from 10am to 2pm. Come along and enjoy the beauty and tranquility or join in with our activities.
11.30 - Winter Walk
Join us for a Winter walk around Railway Fields! An informal guided walk, suitable for all ages, to look at what to look out for in Nature in the winter months and identify some common trees, plants and wildlife. We’ll also be throwing in some folklore and a little history, so whether you’re new to Railway Fields or a regular visitor who’d like to know a bit more about the nature reserve, please join us at 11.30am outside the cabin on January 25th.
Walk will last approx 45 minutes.
10-12.30 - Practical Conservation. Help maintain habitats and paths. Tools and guidance will be provided, along with tea/ coffee and biscuits. Join in for as long as you like.
11-12.30 - Family Wildlife Arts. Using nature as inspiration to create wonderful works of art. Aimed at primary school aged children, but open to all. Drop in. It's free.
If you haven't visited the site before, the entrance is opposite Harringey Green Lanes overground station.
Gates open till 2pm. Hope to see you there.
