Jazz at Karamel: Simon Spillett + Kate Williams + Dave Whitford + Stu Butterfield

Award winning saxophonist Simon Spillett leads a quartet of some of the finest musicians on the jazz scene tonight at Jazz at Karamel. Spillett is a winner of several awards the tenor saxophone category of the British Jazz Awards (2011), Jazz Journal magazine’s Critic’s Choice CD of the Year (2009) and Rising Star in the BBC Jazz Awards (2007).

His quartet features pianist Kate Williams subtle and polished touch, one of London’s most in demand bass players Dave Whitford and highly regarded Stu Butterfield on drums.
